Hickory Smoked American Style Barbecue Marinade has a distinctive sweet , tangy and authentic rich smokey barbecue aroma and taste, with a multitude of uses, just dust/rub evenly over chosen meat (pork chops, ribs), chicken (pieces, wings), vegetables (potato wedges) to be grilled, roasted or barbecued, or mix with a little water to make a paste or coating sauce, mix with grated cheddar for a tasty toasty sandwich, minced meat to make burger patties or with mayonnaise, sour cream or yoghurt, for a delicious sandwich filling/dip idea, even great if just mixed with tinned baked beans or tomato ketchup, discover your favourite.

 

Ingredients:  Sugar, Maltodextrin, Maize Starch, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Diacetate), Tomato Powder, Modified Maize Starch, Colour (Caramel Powder), Yeast Extract, Smoke Flavour, Ground Paprika, Thickener (Guar Gum), Citric Acid, Garlic Powder, Paprika Extract, Ground Black Pepper, Smoke Oil (Sunflower Oil, Hickory Smoke Extract), Anti Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Chilli Powder.

Recommended Usage Rate: 8-10 % into chosen meat/fish/vegetable, or a base dressing (Mayonnaise).

Directions for Use: Simply coat or blend 10% of marinade flavouring into 90% of chosen meat/vegetable/base dressing, leave to marinate for 15 minutes minimum. For maximum flavour result leave longer, (overnight if possible).
