Our Tandoori style Marinade Flavouring has a deep red colour of herbs and low heat spices that’s perfect for marinating chicken prior to barbecuing, grilling or roasting, also goes well dusted over fish and vegetables prior to roasting, or try mixing through pre-cooked and cooling rice, pasta, and couscous for salad recipe ideas and for flavouring cooked chicken or mayonnaise, with some added mango chutney for great sandwich/baguette filling ideas.

 

Ingredients: Sugar, Salt, Maize Starch, Dextrose, Ground Coriander, Tandoori Blend (Ground Coriander, Ground Cumin, Ground Paprika, Chilli Powder, Ground Cassia, Ground Cloves, Salt, Garlic Powder), Colour ((E162), Beetroot Juice, Maltodextrin, Citric Acid), Ground Cumin, Modified Maize Starch, Onion Powder, Chilli Powder, Citric Acid, Garlic Powder, Paprika Extract, Thickener (Guar Gum), Ground Cinnamon, Ground Turmeric, Anti Caking Agent, (Silicon Dioxide), Colour (Carmine), Flavouring.

Recommended Usage Rate: 8-10 % into chosen meat/fish/vegetable, or a base dressing (Mayonnaise).

Directions for Use: Simply coat or blend 10% of marinade flavouring into 90% of chosen meat/vegetable/base dressing, leave to marinate for 15 minutes minimum. For maximum flavour result leave longer, (overnight if possible).
