This Caribbean style classic has a strong aroma and a fiery flavour of pimento, nutmeg, black pepper and chilli, ideal for many spicy recipes and just perfect for marinating meat prior to barbecuing, baking or grilling (chicken and pork), as a spice mix/seasoning for the preparation and forming of sausages and burgers, also marinating pre-cooked chicken pieces for jacket potato toppings and mixing with ketchup/mayonnaise for dressings/sauce for baguettes, sandwich and wrap fillings.

 

Ingredients: Jerk Seasoning: (Chilli Blend (Spices, Garlic Powder), Ground Pimento, Ground Nutmeg, Ground Cloves, Black Pepper, Ground Ginger, Ground Bay, Ground Thyme, Ground Cinnamon, Sweet Paprika, Red Onion Powder, Ground Scotch Bonnet (2%), Spice Extract), Sugar, Smoked Paprika, Natural Sea Salt, Modified Maize Starch, Red Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Ground Oregano, Lime Juice Powder, Citric Acid, Smoke Powder, Spice Extract.

Recommended Usage Rate: 8-10 % into chosen meat/fish/vegetable, or a base dressing (Mayonnaise).

Directions for Use: Simply coat or blend 10% of marinade flavouring into 90% of chosen meat/vegetable/base dressing, leave to marinate for 15 minutes minimum. For maximum flavour result leave longer, (overnight if possible).
