Garden Mint Marinade is bursting with a fresh minty flavour, ideal for marinating lamb and chicken prior to roasting, grilling or barbecuing, blend with minced lamb to make tasty Sheppard’s pies, Kofta Kebabs and meatballs, mix with a little water to make a brilliant pouring sauce, add some to gravy, and to freshly cooked steaming pasta or couscous for salad ideas, blend with plain yoghurt for a refreshing, cooling dip/dressing for spicy hot curries and mayonnaise for minty sandwich filling dressings.

 

 Ingredients: Sugar, WHEAT Flour (WHEAT, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Diacetate), Dried Rubbed Mint (3.65%), Flavour Enhancer (E621), Flavour(Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein(SOYA, Maize, Colour (E150d), Salt, Maltodextrin, Flavour Enhancer (E621)), Tomato Powder, Modified Maize Starch, Malic Acid, Paprika Extract, Anti Caking Agent(Silicon Dioxide), Natural Flavouring (Mint Oil) (0.05%).

Recommended Usage Rate: 8-10 % into chosen meat/fish/vegetable, or a base dressing (Mayonnaise).

Directions for Use: Simply coat or blend 10% of marinade flavouring into 90% of chosen meat/vegetable/base dressing, leave to marinate for 15 minutes minimum. For maximum flavour result leave longer, (overnight if possible).
