Field fresh ripe garlic, are peeled, washed, sliced, air dried and ground to a fine powder, just 100% concentrated garlic, nothing added or taken away, a real back up kitchen essential, can be used in powder form, or will instantly dilute with water to make a fine strong paste, use in savoury baking, stews, stir fries, pasta dishes, curries, roasting vegetables, etc, also very handy for mixing with butter for garlic bread/ frying mushrooms.
