Caesar Style Dressing Powder Mix is easy to use to create a delicious aromatic, tangy cheese dressing, simply mix with plain mayonnaise, leave to stand for a short time to allow the flavours to develop, if a thinner sauce is required, add some water, and mix to your required thickness, a little for a thick sandwich coater and more water for a pouring salad dressing.

Ingredients: Buttermilk (MILK) Powder, Cheese Powder Blend (Italian Hard, Concentrated Parmesan (MILK), (24%)), Cider Vinegar Powder, Garlic Powder, Concentrated Lemon Juice Powder, Natural Sea Salt, Natural Flavourings, Cracked Black Pepper, Sodium Diacetate, Tamarind Powder, Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid, Anti-caking Agent: Silicon Dioxide.

Recommended Usage Rate: 10% Seasoning, 90% Mayonnaise (Catering/High Water Content Mayonnaise for best results).

Direction for Use: Mix 10% powder into 90% mayonnaise. Let it sit for 2-3 hours, or overnight for better flavour.
