Sticky Maple Marinade Flavouring

Sticky Maple, is a deliciously sweet and sticky marinade flavouring that will turn plain chicken and pork into a truly glorious, mouth watering feast, just give an even dusting of the dry marinade to your chosen meat, (for best results use 10% of the marinade to the total weight of meat), i.e. chicken thighs, legs, wings or pork ribs, chops and belly strips and leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes to allow the dry marinade on the meat to turn into a rich sticky sauce, roast, grill or barbecue in the normal way, also great dusted over bacon rashers as well, for sticky maple bacon.

 

Ingredients: Sugar, Dextrose, Salt, Maize Starch, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Diacetate, Citric Acid), Modified Maize Starch, Flavour (Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (SOYA, Maize, Colour (E150d), Salt, Maltodextrin, Flavour Enhancer (E621)), Tomato Powder, Ground Coriander, Onion Powder, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Anti Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Smoke Flavour, Natural Flavouring, Coarse Black Pepper, Thickener (Guar Gum), Ground Turmeric, Garlic Powder, Paprika Extract, Colour (Caramel Powder).

Recommended Usage Rate: 8-10 % into chosen meat/fish/vegetable, or a base dressing (Mayonnaise).

Directions for Use: Simply coat or blend 10% of marinade flavouring into 90% of chosen meat/vegetable/base dressing, leave to marinate for 15 minutes minimum. For maximum flavour result leave longer, (overnight if possible).
