A versatile Chinese salt and pepper style seasoning blend of  sea salt, cracked black pepper, garlic, onion, paprika, sugar, Chinese five spice, chilli granules and ginger, the Salt & Pepper Seasoning  will add a warming aromatic flavour when lightly sprinkled over freshly cooked potato wedges, roast potatoes/vegetables, baked, grilled or barbecued meats (chicken, pork ribs), try adding a little to pasta, noodles, and rice dishes, or use to create the classic Chinese Salt & Pepper recipes of chicken wings and ribs.

 

Ingredients: Natural Sea Salt, Cracked Black Pepper, Garlic Granules, Onion Granules, Smoked Paprika, Sugar, Chinese Five Spice, Chilli Granules (seeds removed), Ground Stem Ginger, Natural Flavouring.
