Cajun Marinade Flavouring

With its strong herby aroma and taste, this southern states favourite will add a delicious flavour to all meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables prior to roasting, grilling or barbecuing, try dusting over sweet potato wedges before roasting, create fantastic homemade Cajun burgers by adding to minced beef, blend into rice and bean salads, or just mix with mayonnaise or sour cream for scrumptious dips and sandwich filling ideas.

 Ingredients:  Cajun Seasoning (Smoked Paprika, Onion Granules, Ground Cumin, Cracked Black Pepper, Garlic Granules, Chilli Granules, Tomato Powder, Ground Herbs (Thyme, Oregano, Sage), Ground Ginger, Ground Turmeric, Ground Fennel, Ground Pimento, Rubbed Herbs (Oregano, Thyme), Spice Extract), Sugar, Maltodextrin, Spices, Natural Sea Salt, Red Pepper Flakes, Modified Maize Starch, Natural Flavourings, Citric Acid, Spice Extract, Thyme Oil.

Recommended Usage Rate: 8-10 % into chosen meat/fish/vegetable, or a base dressing (Mayonnaise).

Directions for Use: Simply coat or blend 10% of marinade flavouring into 90% of chosen meat/vegetable/base dressing, leave to marinate for 15 minutes minimum. For maximum flavour result leave longer, (overnight if possible).
