With a good strong garlic and herb flavour, this marinade goes well with most meats especially chicken, just evenly coat all sides of the meat prior to roasting, grilling or barbecuing, sprinkle over prepared root vegetables ready for oven roasting, add some to frying mushrooms, mix with melted butter as a pouring sauce for fish (prawns), over hot toast for instant garlic bread, or just mix with mayonnaise or plain yoghurt for delicious dips and sandwich filling dressings, discover the many ways to save time whilst getting amazing results.

 

Ingredients: Sugar, WHEAT Flour (WHEAT, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Garlic Powder (12.5%), Salt, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Dried Rubbed Parsley, Modified Maize Starch, Ground Turmeric, Thickener (Guar Gum), Rapeseed Oil, Flavour (Whey Powder (MILK), Dried Butter (MILK), Maltodextrin, Salt, Thickener (Guar Gum))(0.25%), Paprika Extract, Colour (Caramel Powder), Flavouring (Butter) (0.15%).

Recommended Usage Rate: 8-10 % into chosen meat/fish/vegetable, or a base dressing (Mayonnaise).

Directions for Use: Simply coat or blend 10% of marinade flavouring into 90% of chosen meat/vegetable/base dressing, leave to marinate for 15 minutes minimum. For maximum flavour result leave longer, (overnight if possible).
