Preparation Instructions

1. Empty the packet into a mixing bowl and stir briefly to distribute the ingredients evenly.

2. Add the recommended amount of cold water, then mix until fully combined.

3. Chill for at least 10 minutes to allow the mix to hydrate and develop its texture. If preparing ahead, store the hydrated mix in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours before use.

4. Add the prepared mix to your chosen recipe and cook thoroughly before serving.
