Description

Freshly selected ripe white onions are peeled and trimmed to remove the stem, root, and core, washed coated in batter, and finally fried to have a light golden-brown colour. Crispy Fried Onions are a great labour-saving ingredient that are ideal to use as a garnish to many dishes, especially burgers, hotdogs, salads, pasta dishes and omelettes.

 

Ingredients: Raw – White Onion, Vegetable Oil (Non- hydrogenated Palm Oil), Batter, (WHEAT flour, Water, Salt).

Finished Product: Onion, Vegetable oil, WHEAT Flour, Salt.

Statement: The Palm Oil used is fully segregated sustainable and RSPO certified.

Size: <2.5mm: Max 20%.
