Mixed Spice

Mixed Spice, also called pudding spice is a very traditional British blend of sweet warming spices, with an aroma that evokes memories of Christmas fruit cake, puddings and mince pies, also used all year round to flavour apple pie/crumbles, stewed fruit, dried fruit cake, puddings, biscuits and sweet buns (Hot Cross Buns).

 

Ingredients: Ground Coriander, Ground Cinnamon, Ground Ginger, Ground Fennel, Ground Nutmeg, Ground Cloves.
