Description

Chinese Five Spice is a traditional highly aromatic spice blend, that introduces a warm and fragrant flavour to any recipe, primarily used in Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine, (red cooking sauces), goes well with fatty meats like pork, (Char Siu) and duck, add a teaspoon to vegetable stir fries to enhance the flavour and blend with salt to make an excellent spice rub for chicken, duck, pork and seafood.

 

Ingredients: Ground Cinnamon, Ground Fennel, Ground Star Anise, Ground Black Pepper, Ground Clove.
