Lemon Pepper Crumb Coater

Description

 

A textured coater that has an excellent visual appearance, a fresh lemon aroma and flavour and a generous natural pepper taste, great for sprinkling over fish (goujons) and chicken pieces (wings, thighs, chicken breast diced and strips) prior to baking or grilling for a tasty crispy coating also great for dusting over mashed potato pie toppings (fish Pie). 

 

Ingredients: Breadcrumb (WHEAT Flour (WHEAT, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt Yeast), Sugar, Salt, Coarse Black Pepper (6.8%), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Flavour Enhancer (E621), Dried Minced Red Pepper, Rapeseed Oil, Dried Rubbed Parsley, Lemon Flavouring (0.5%).

Recommended Usage Rate: 8-10 % into chosen meat/fish/vegetable, or a base dressing (Mayonnaise).

Directions for Use: Simply coat or blend 10% of marinade flavouring into 90% of chosen meat/vegetable/base dressing, leave to marinate for 15 minutes minimum. For maximum flavour result leave longer, (overnight if possible).
