Curry Powder Madras (No added salt recipe)

Description

Our Madras curry powder has a well-balanced concentrated blend of spices, with no added sugar, salt, flour or flavour enhancers just a pure robust spicy aroma and flavour, will compliment any Madras themed recipe. Can be used in the dry format or mixed with a little water and oil to make a concentrated paste. A few ways to use are as a meat rub or a spicy sprinkle for soups and stews, or just a full on spicy Madras curry.

 

Ingredients: Ground Spice Blend: Turmeric, MUSTARD Powder, Cumin, Coriander, Fenugreek, Fennel, Ginger, Cardamom, Chilli, Black Pepper, Clove, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, (Spices, Garlic Powder), Nigella Seeds, Star Anise.

Recommended Usage Rate: Roughly 1tbsp 15 grams of Madras Curry Powder for a serving of 300g of ingredients.
