Ingredients: Maltodextrin, Modified Maize Starch, Spirit Vinegar Powder, Butter Powder (MILK), Natural Sea Salt, Garlic Powder, Red Onion Powder, Smoked Paprika, Ground Turmeric, Sodium Diacetate, Chilli Powder, Citric Acid, Natural Flavouring, Xanthan Gum, Anti Caking Agent (Silicone Dioxide).

Direction for Use: Simply mix/whisk 1 part powder to 2 parts hot water, allow to stand for 5 minutes, give a final stir/whisk, and adjust to required thickness. Use the Buffalo Wing Sauce as a dip, or to lightly coat freshly cooked chicken wings and serve. Also, great when mixed with mayonnaise.

Flavouring Mayonnaise: 10% Powder, 90% plain mayonnaise (works best in low oil contents blends)
