This authentic tasting Chinese style Curry sauce mix is very quick and easy to use, recreate a Chinese Take Away Sauce experience at home whenever you like and as much as you like, just whisk the curry powder (full instructions below) into cold water, bring to the boil and simmer for two minutes then serve. Dip or pour over whatever takes your fancy (chips, jacket potato), or add some pre-cooked chicken and vegetables for a quick Chinese Take Away Curry kick, an ideal kitchen standby ingredient for last minute meal ideas or using up leftovers.
