Chip Shop Curry Sauce Mix

Description

A traditional Chip Shop style curry powder sauce mix, used by many chip shops around the country, a tasty, fruity, easy to make sauce, that’s great to dip or pour over chips, potato wedges and jacket potatoes.

 

Ingredients:  Modified Maize Starch, WHEAT Flour (WHEAT, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar, Salt, Curry Blend (Ground Turmeric, MUSTARD Seed, Fenugreek Seed, Coriander Seed, WHEAT Flour (WHEAT, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt, Chilli Powder, Fennel Seed, Cumin Seed, Onion Powder), Rapeseed Oil, Dried Minced Onion, Curry Blend (Coriander, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Ground Pea, Salt, MUSTARD Flour, Chilli Powder, Ginger, Fennel Seeds, Dill Seeds, Cumin, Garlic Powder), Minced Textured SOYBEAN Protein, Flavour (Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (SOYA, Maize, Colour (E150d),Salt, Maltodextrin, Flavour Enhancer (E621)),Dried Diced Apple (SULPHITE), Flavour Enhancer(E621), Tomato Powder.

Yield and Make-Up Instructions:

1. Add 250g of dry mix to 1.5 litres of water.

2. Bring to the boil whilst stirring and simmer for 5 minutes.
