Madras Curry Sauce Mix Powder is a very quick and easy product to mix into a delicious, spicy sauce, re-create an Indian Take Away Sauce experience at home, whenever you like and as much as you like, once thoroughly mixed with boiling water, dip or pour over whatever takes your fancy (chips, jacket potato), or add some pre-cooked chicken and vegetables for a quick Madras Take Away Curry, an ideal kitchen standby ingredient for last minute meal ideas or using up leftovers.

 

Ingredients: Modified Maize Starch, Curry Powder (Turmeric, MUSTARD Powder, Cumin, Coriander, Fenugreek, Fennel, Ginger, Cardamom, Jinta Chilli Powder, Black Pepper, Cloves, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Spice Extract), Chilli Blend (Spices, Garlic Powder), Nigella Seeds, Star Anise), Sugar, Maltodextrin, Natural Sea salt, Tomato Powder, Coconut Milk Powder, Onion, Garlic, Lemon Juice Powder, Yeast Extract, Citric Acid.

Recommended Usage Rate: one part powder, to four parts freshly boiled water.

Suggested Portion Size: 25grams of powder.

How to Use: Simply mix one part powder to four parts freshly boiled water, i.e., weigh out 50 grams of sauce mix powder, then add 200g of freshly boiled water, thoroughly mix through (with a whisk if available), leave to stand for a few minutes to allow the sauce to thicken, adjust water/powder quantities for a thinner or thicker Curry Sauce, give a final stir, then thoroughly reheat the sauce before serving.
