Vinegar Powder is a great ingredient to add its unique tangy zing  to many recipes in a dry powder format, (no more soggy chips, French fries and popcorn), using an advanced spray drying process to create the vinegar powder and preserve all the appetising aroma and flavour, ideal for adding to seasoning blends  for meat, poultry and fish, mix with olive oil and your selected herbs and spices for meat rubs/tenderizers, marinades, coatings, dips, sauces, soups and dressings, or just mix a little with salt for a delicious tangy sprinkle for freshly cooked chips and popcorn.

Rich and nutty with a tart finish, malt vinegar is as British in character as the fish and chips it traditionally seasons.

Ingredients: Malt Vinegar, Maltodextrin.

Contains: Traces of Barley (gluten). <5ppm.

Total Acidity: (Acetic) 6-10%.
