Description
The Taste Sensation Alabama White Barbecue Style Sauce Mix Powder is a well-balanced blend of the typical ingredients you would find in Alabama White Barbecue Sauce, (Cider Vinegar and Horseradish) The Taste Sensation Powder Mix is very easy and quick to create Alabama’s number one sauce/dressing just by mixing with plain mayonnaise, once mixed, and allowed to stand for a short time to allow a tangy, creamy sauce to develop, for a thinner sauce, just add some cold water and whisk together. Generally, the sauce is brushed over the meat in the last minutes of cooking, or used as a dipping sauce, also great for pouring over burgers, sausages, pulled meats, sandwiches, French fries and salad dressing.
Ingredients: Sugar, Horseradish Powder, White Onion Powder, (Cider Vinegar Powder, Maltodextrin), Garlic Powder, Natural Sea Salt, Natural Flavouring, Cracked Black Pepper, Cracked Yellow (MUSTARD) Seed, Anti-Caking Agent: Bamboo Fibre, Citric Acid.

Recommended Usage Rate: 10% Sauce Mix Powder, 90% Mayonnaise/Yoghurt, (Catering/High Water Content Mayonnaise for best results).
Direction for Use: Thoroughly mix 10% of powder into 90% mayonnaise, leave for 40 – 60 minutes for flavours to develop, for maximum flavour result leave longer, (overnight if possible), for a thinner/pourable sauce/dressing, add some water and thoroughly whisk together.
