Description

An Aromatic Blend of Curry and Caribbean Spices, that can be very easily dusted over a chosen portion of meat or vegetable prior to grilling, roasting or barbecuing, (allowing time for spices to marinate into the meat), for a really quick tasty meal, or mix with minced beef for spicy burgers or make delicious Jamaican Pasties (patties), mix with water to make a strong paste for curry sauces also try blending some marinade seasoning with mayonnaise for a spicy sandwich topping.

 

Ingredients: Curry Blend 50% (Spices, MUSTARD Powder, Spice Extract), Jerk Seasoning 50% ((Spices, Pimento 12% Garlic) Spices, Scotch Bonnet 2%, Red Onion, Spice Extract), Sugar, Smoked Paprika, Natural Sea Salt, Modified Maize Starch, Red Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Ground Oregano, Lime Juice Powder, Citric Acid, Smoke Powder, Spice Extract.

Recommended Usage Rate: 8-10 % into chosen meat/fish/vegetable, or a base dressing (Mayonnaise).

Directions for Use: Simply coat or blend 10% of marinade flavouring into 90% of chosen meat/vegetable/base dressing, leave to marinate for 15 minutes minimum. For maximum flavour result leave longer, (overnight if possible).
