Field fresh ripe garlic cloves, which have been de-husked, washed, sliced, dried and then milled to the required size, just 100% concentrated garlic, nothing added or taken away, a real back up kitchen essential, can be added directly into a recipe, or will instantly dilute with water to make a course strong paste, just make up what you require, so no more waste with half used jars/tins of garlic puree/pastes with short use by dates, use in savoury baking, stews, soups, stir fries, pasta dishes, curries, roasting vegetables, etc, also very handy for mixing with butter for garlic bread/ frying mushrooms.
