Fine Onion Granules (0.2–0.5mm)

Our Fine White Onion Granules are made from freshly selected ripe white onions, peeled, trimmed of the stem, root and core, then washed, air-dried and milled to a fine 0.2–0.5mm granule. It’s simply 100% white onion, with all the flavour and none of the tears, and a real time-saver in a busy kitchen.

The fine grind sits between our onion powder and standard onion granules. It blends evenly into seasoning mixes, rubs and dressings without clumping, while still giving a little texture. Use it in burger and sausage recipes, sauces, soups, stews, curries and stir-fries, dust it over potato wedges, chips, crisps and popcorn, or add it to savoury bakes such as quiches, pies and bread. It also rehydrates instantly with a little water to make a concentrated onion paste.
