The Taste Sensation Chinese Spare Rib Marinade (Char siu) is a blend of soy sauce powder, five spice, star anise and garlic that’s ideal for marinating pork ribs, belly strips, chicken wings and thighs for a delicious Chinese Style spare rib taste, for extra sticky sweetness add some honey in the last stage of cooking, also great for flavouring pre-cooked chicken and mayonnaise for sandwich, wrap and baguette fillings.

 

 Ingredients: Sugar, Soy Sauce Powder (Soy Sauce(SOY Beans, WHEAT, Salt, Maltodextrin, Salt), Sweet Paprika, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Beetroot Powder, Tomato Powder, Ground Star Anise, Ground Five Spice, Modified Maize Starch, Sea Salt, Citric Acid.

Recommended Usage Rate: 6-8 % into chosen meat/fish/vegetable or 10% mixed into base dressing (Mayonnaise).

Directions for Use: Simply coat or blend 10% of marinade flavouring into 90% of chosen meat/vegetable/base dressing, leave to marinate for 15 minutes minimum. For maximum flavour result leave longer, (overnight if possible).
