Fresh red ripe Sweet Red Bell Peppers are washed, cored, trimmed, diced, dried, then ground to a fine orangey red powder which is a very versatile ingredient, full of colour and flavour and  easy to use, 100% natural, with no additives. The Sweet Red Pepper Powder will instantly dilute into water to make a smooth sweet bell pepper  paste/puree ideal for  adding to savoury sauce recipes, (Bolognaise), or for using in homemade seasoning blends to flavour sausages, burger patties and meat balls, soups, salad dressings, gravies, stir-fry’s, casseroles/stews, vegetable smoothies, pizza sauces and savoury baking, (artisan bread and pastries).
