Tikka, Britain’s favourite mild curry. Our Tikka Marinade Flavouring is an excellent blend of traditional Tikka spices, with added yoghurt and lemon juice powder, that’s ideal for marinating pre-cooked chicken breast slices perfect for heat able fillings, jacket potato toppings, baguettes, pizza toppings and hot and cold salads, also for flavouring mayonnaise/yoghurt for creamy sandwich and wrap fillings.

 Ingredients: Sugar, Smoked Paprika, Ground Cumin, Ground Coriander, Yoghurt (MILK) Powder, Ground Turmeric, Natural Sea Salt, Beetroot Powder, Tomato Powder, Ground Stem Ginger, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Ground Fennel, Rubbed Coriander Leaf, Natural Flavouring, Spice Extract.

Recommended Usage Rate: 8-10 % into chosen meat/fish/vegetable, or a base dressing (Mayonnaise).

Directions for Use: Simply coat or blend 10% of marinade flavouring into 90% of chosen meat/vegetable/base dressing, leave to marinate for 15 minutes minimum. For maximum flavour result leave longer, (overnight if possible).
