Tex Mex Marinade Flavouring

Description

Our Tex Mex Marinade flavouring is based on our concentrated Mexican seasoning blend but we’ve added some sugar and salt which will caramelize and help give a crispy sticky coating when dusted over meat prior to being roasted, grilled or barbecued, or just mix with mayonnaise, salad dressing or grated cheddar for a spicy sandwich filling option.

 

Ingredients: Mexican Seasoning ((Chilli Blend (Spices, Garlic), Smoked Paprika, Cumin, Onion, Ground Coriander Seed, Red Chilli Granules (Seedless), Garlic, Fenugreek, Cocoa Powder, Black Pepper,  Hickory Wood Smoked Red Jalapeno Powder 3%, Tomato, Nutmeg, Rubbed Coriander), Sugar, Rice Flour, Concentrated Lemon Juice Powder, Rubbed Coriander, Citric Acid.

Recommended Usage Rate: 8-10 % into chosen meat/fish/vegetable, or a base dressing (Mayonnaise).

Directions for Use: Simply coat or blend 10% of marinade flavouring into 90% of chosen meat/vegetable/base dressing, leave to marinate for 15 minutes minimum. For maximum flavour result leave longer, (overnight if possible).
