Jalapeno and Mustard Marinade Flavouring

A glorious dry powder combination of jalapeno and mustard that’s great for marinating most meats, fish and vegetables prior to roasting, baking, or barbecuing, blends brilliantly with minced beef, pork or chicken to make tasty homemade burgers, meat balls or sausages and mixes great with mayonnaise, yoghurt and sour cream for delicious spicy sandwich fillings or dipping sauces.

Ingredients: Sugar, Yellow (MUSTARD) Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Natural Sea Salt, Turmeric, Modified Starch, Ground Sodium Diacetate, Red Chilli Granules, Green Bell Pepper Granules, Green Jalapeno Granules, Green Jalapeno Powder, Natural Flavouring, Citric Acid.

Recommended Usage Rate: 8-10 % into chosen meat/fish/vegetable, or a base dressing (Mayonnaise).

Directions for Use: Simply coat or blend 10% of marinade flavouring into 90% of chosen meat/vegetable/base dressing, leave to marinate for 15 minutes minimum. For maximum flavour result leave longer, (overnight if possible).
