Burger Sauce Mix Powder

Description

The Taste Sensation Burger Sauce Mix Powder will create a delicious condiment/topping for burgers, hotdogs, sandwiches or just as a dipping sauce. Mix with a plain mayonnaise and leave to stand for 10-20 minutes for all the locked in flavours to fully develop. Sweet and tangy, with a mild smokey/chilli note from smoked paprika, smoked mesquite wood and chipotle (smoked Jalapeno), also great to use as a marinade, chip/crisp sprinkle, or mix with a little freshly boiled water to use as a coating sauce for freshly cooked meat, poultry and vegetables.

Ingredients: Sugar, Maltodextrin, Modified Maize Starch, Smoked Paprika, Spirit Vinegar Powder, Tomato Powder, Natural Sea Salt, Chipotle Granules, (MUSTARD) Powder, Ground Turmeric, Natural Flavouring, Red Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Mesquite Smoked Maltodextrin, Red Miso (SOY) Powder, Citric Acid, Dill Tips, Natural Flavouring.

Recommended Usage Rate: 10% Seasoning, 90% Mayonnaise (Catering/High Water Content Mayonnaise for best results).

Direction for Use: Thoroughly mix 10% of Burger Mix Powder into 90% mayonnaise, leave for 20 minutes                                                                                                                  for flavours to develop, for maximum flavour result leave longer, for a thinner/pourable sauce/dressing, add some water and thoroughly whisk together.
