Curry Sauce Mix Powder

Description

Curry Sauce Mix Powder is a very quick and easy product to mix into a delicious, tasty, and aromatic sauce, once thoroughly mixed with boiling water, dip or pour over whatever takes your fancy (chips, jacket potato), or add some pre-cooked chicken and vegetables for a quick Curry, an ideal kitchen standby ingredient for last minute meal ideas or using up leftovers.

 

Ingredients: Modified Maize Starch, Sugar, Curry Powder (Ground Turmeric, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Ground Cumin, Ground Fenugreek, Ground Coriander, Ground Fennel, Ground Stem Ginger, Garlic Powder, Ground Black Pepper, Ground Cinnamon, Ground Cloves, Ground Nutmeg, Ground Bay), Maltodextrin, Natural Sea Salt, Tomato Powder, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Ground Turmeric, Yeast Extract, Citric Acid.

Recommended Usage Rate: one part powder, to four parts freshly boiled water.

Suggested Portion Size: 25grams of powder.

How to Use: Simply mix one part powder to four parts freshly boiled water, i.e., weigh out 50 grams of sauce mix powder, then add 200g of freshly boiled water, thoroughly mix through (with a whisk if available), leave to stand for a few minutes to allow the sauce to thicken, adjust water/powder quantities for a thinner or thicker Curry Sauce, give a final stir, then thoroughly reheat the sauce before serving.
