Peri Peri Sauce Mix

Description

Peri Peri, as it should be, a tangy lemon and garlic flavour with a bird’s eye (Peri Peri) chilli kick, a quick and easy way to create restaurant quality Peri Peri Chicken wings at home.

 

Ingredients: Maltodextrin, Modified Maize Starch, Spirit Vinegar Powder, Concentrated Lemon Juice Powder, Natural Sea Salt, Garlic Powder, Red Onion Powder, Smoked Paprika, Ground Turmeric, Sodium Diacetate, Birds Eye Chilli Powder (Peri Peri), Chilli Granules, Citric Acid, Natural Flavouring, Lemon Oil, Xanthan Gum, Anti Caking Agent (Silicone Dioxide).

Direction for Use: Simply mix/whisk 1 part powder to 2 parts hot water, allow to stand for 5 minutes, give a final stir/whisk, and adjust to required thickness. Use Peri Peri Wing Sauce as a dip, or to lightly coat freshly cooked chicken wings and serve. Also, great when mixed with mayonnaise.

Flavouring Mayonnaise: 10% Powder, 90% plain mayonnaise (works best in low oil contents blends)
