Made from skimmed cow’s milk and yoghurt culture (Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Lactobacillus acidophilus is a very healthy, high protein (35%), concentrated extra sour yoghurt powder, it has no artificial flavourings or preservatives, is ideal for adding an instant robust yoghurt flavour and thickener to cold or hot mix dressings, sauces, desserts, dips and ice cream, home baking ideas, a yoghurt coating to flapjacks, roasted nuts, dried fruit, adding to curry sauces, or just sprinkling over breakfast cereals and freshly cut fruit and berries.
