Concentrated Piri Piri seasoning with no added sugar or salt.
Piri Piri, also known as Peri Peri is Swahili for Pepper-Pepper, it’s a spicy hot blend of chilli, lemon, herbs and spices that has Portuguese origins and is especially prevalent in Angola, Namibia, Mozambique and South African cuisines, The Taste Sensation interpretation of this classic is a well balanced concentrated blend of the key ingredients being smoked paprika, garlic, black pepper, birds eye chilli and lemon, we’ve added no sugar or salt, so you can control the level you require.
How to use: as a dry rub to beef, pork and chicken, or mix with olive oil and water (the amount depending on the viscosity you require), to make a paste/sauce to marinate meat, also add to a food processor and blend for a smooth paste/sauce, mix with flour 1-3%, for crispy coated deep fried Piri Piri chicken portion.
