Strong herby aroma and a typical rich savoury Creole style flavour.
A well balanced blend of typical Cajun/Creole herbs and spices, that will add a delicious flavour dimension when used, if it be as a dry rub to meat or poultry prior to roasting grilling or barbecuing or as a flavouring sprinkled over fish, prawns, vegetables (sweet potato wedges), or just as a flavour booster added to rice dishes/salads, soups, stews or stir fry’s.
Ingredients: Cajun Seasoning (Smoked Paprika, Onion Granules, Ground Cumin Seed, Pepper, Garlic Granules, Chilli Granules, Tomato Powder, Ground Herbs (Thyme, Oregano, Sage), Ground Stem Ginger, Ground Turmeric, Ground Fennel, Ground Pimento, Rubbed Herbs (Oregano, Thyme), Chilli Powder), Sugar, Tomato Granules, Tomato Powder, Sea Salt, Modified Maize Starch, Rice Flour, Concentrated Lemon Juice Powder, Ground CELERY Seed Powder, Citric Acid.

Recommended Usage Rate: 8-10 % into chosen meat/fish/vegetable, or a base dressing (Mayonnaise).
Directions for Use: Simply coat or blend 10% of marinade flavouring into 90% of chosen meat/vegetable/base dressing, leave to marinate for 15 minutes minimum. For maximum flavour result leave longer, (overnight if possible).
