Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP) as it is also known is produced from soya beans (100% defatted soya four) and is suitable for Ovo-lacto Vegetarians and Vegans, it can be re-hydrated very easily by covering in water for five minutes (one-part TVP to 2.5- 3 parts water), then it’s ready to add to your dish.
