Marinade Flavourings

The Taste Sensation range of dry Marinade Flavourings are extremely quick and easy to use and can be applied in many ways to add a host of delicious flavours to your chosen food/recipe as a marinade used dry or mixed with a little water/oil to coat the food, or a flavouring blended into food, please see direction below.

As a Marinade:
Simply use 10% of Marinade to weight of chosen meat, poultry, fish or vegetable, (i.e. 50g of marinade to 500g of meat), place the meat and marinade in a large bag or bowl, tumble and shake to evenly coat the meat, leave for as long as possible (30 minutes minimum, over night for maximum results in chilled conditions), to allow the flavours to develop, roast, grill or barbecue in the usual way.

Suggested Uses:
Chicken (whole, portions, legs and wings), Pork (chops and ribs), Beef (steak), Fish (salmon), Roasted Vegetables (particularly sweet potato wedges).

As a Flavouring:
Simply blend 10% of flavouring into 90% of a chosen base dressing /food, (mayonnaise, ground/minced meats, plain yoghurt, passata, melted butter, sour cream, crème fraiche), leave to stand for 15-20 minutes to allow flavours to infuse, give a final stir or mix before use, for maximum results leave longer.

Suggested Uses:
Sandwich Fillings, Dips, Dressings, Sauces, Homemade Burgers, Sausages and Stuffing’s, Stir Fry’s, Cooking Pastes, Popcorn.

Recipe for 1Kg of Flavoured Mayonnaise:
900g of mayonnaise (roughly equal to three good heaped cupful’s).
100g of marinade (roughly equal to four good heaped dessert spoons).
Tip: if you find the blended mayonnaise too thick, just add some water and mix through for a dressing/pouring sauce.
